We believe in supporting farms and mills direct, we have our organic flour delivered direct from the mill and our eggs are delivered fresh weekly direct from an happy hen free range farm, you can really taste the difference, luxury sugar pastes/fondant, we always bake fresh to order nothing is frozen, we use Callebaut chocolate and real cream, our prices reflect these quality ingredients and the many hours required to create your cake, all our decorations are handcrafted by ourselves.
